1. What does it mean for you to be a scrapbooker?
Scrapbooking is my hobby and craft. I do a little bit of it every single day. I do something SCRAPPY every single day , by either taking photos or journalling memories of my kids down. They all eventually end up on my pages.. By scrapbooking I am continuing my Families legacy.
2. Tell me a little bit about your style and how you came to scrap this way
I think my style is constantly evolving. My style is quite simple. I am not one to use many embellishments. I like the photo to be the focus point of the page.
3. How do you plan a page?
I very rarely do any planning. I just go with whatever suit my photos and then cut up a bit here and a bit there. I am not a huge planner.. If it works it works if it doesn’t I start again…
4. Where do you find the greatest inspiration
Fresh photos and new products always inspire me. I love looking through scrapbooking magazines and online forums.
- 5. What do you think is the one thing that distinguishes your unique approach to the craft?
I have no rules. Anything goes..I just go with the flow and the mood I am in at the time I am creating.
6. What is your all time favourite product?
Chipboard hands down
7. What technique shows up on your projects time and time again?
Scallop edges and ink, especially at the moment I love them.
- 8. Do you have any special tips or tricks that you would like to share?
Store you inks upside down, it prevents them from drying out.
