TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR COMPETITIONS

• This competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Ltd, the prize sponsoring company, and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of Express Publications Pty Ltd.
• All ‘Grand Giveaway’ and ‘Special Giveaway’ competitions that are published in Scrapbooking Memories magazine, will also be featured on our website www.scrapbookingmemories.com.au for the month in which the competition is promoted in the magazine. This means you can enter Scrapbooking Memories competitions in one of two ways, depending which is most convenient for you.
• Entry to Scrapbooking Memories competitions can be one of two ways. Fill in the coupon in the magazine and post it to the competition address or submit your entry via an online form at www.scrapbookingmemories.com.au Each person must make their own decision as to which method they use to enter a competition.
• If you choose to enter a Scrapbooking Memories competition online, you must fill out the online entry form only once. Multiple entries from any person or email address will void all entries from that person/email address. Express Publications Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any technical errors such as internet interruption or delay in transmission effecting the online entry form being submitted.
• All entries to a particular competition – those entered by post and online will be collated at the close date of the competition, after which the winners will be drawn. Winners are judged by a panel appointed by Scrapbooking Memories. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by mail and published on www.scrapbookingmemories.com.au/competitions.php one month after the close date of the competition entered.
• Prize values are approximate and are subject to change after publication. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
• By entering this competition you agree to all the terms and conditions of the competitions and grant Express Publications Pty Ltd the right to publish your entry in Scrapbooking Memories or any other publication and/or present it for public display. By entering you also confirm authority to provide your name, address and phone number to Express Publications Pty Ltd.
