Q. What happens once a submission is accepted?
A. If you email your submission to us, then you will receive a return email outlining the steps you need to take from here. If your submission is posted, you will receive a confirmation letter with your project when it is returned to you. At this stage your submission is accepted for further consideration by the Editorial Team. Publication isn't confirmed until you receive a formal commissioning contract for the work.

A. The issue in which your work will be featured is specified in a formal commissioning letter sent to you from the Publisher. Q. What happens when I send my work to Scrapbooking Memories?
A. Our experienced team ensures layouts are carefully unpacked, stored flat and allocated a tracking sheet. All work is digitally photographed in our in-house studio, after which it is packed back in the box you sent it to us in and returned to you.
Q. How long does Scrapbooking Memories keep my work for?
A. Generally up to 8-10 weeks. If your work is not home by this time, notify us immediately. We keep a register of all returned work and can inform you of the precise date your work was posted back to you.
Q. What if my submission has been unsuccessful?
A. Scrapbooking Memories receives well over 1000 emailed submissions every week and while we love to see everyone's work, we are limited by what will fit into the magazine. Every layout submitted is carefully considered, so if at first you don't succeed, please try again!
