Canon's Top 5 Tips For Capturing Perfect Pictures!

1- People often find it hard to pose naturally.
The answer is to move in close so you omit most of the body from the picture. Another alternative is to make sure the hands are occupied, for example, photograph your children holding their favourite pet or favourite piece of artwork.

2- Every moment is memorable
Smiling family and friends are nice, but tears and kisses also make memorable photos, so make sure you always have your camera on hand to capture those unexpected moments.

3- Experiment with the shooting modes.
Many of Canon’s digital cameras include pre-set scene modes customised for Night Snapshot, Kids & Pets, Indoor, Foliage, Snow, Beach, Fireworks, Colour Accent and Colour Swap. Taking photographs in every situation has never been easier.

4- Consider your lighting.
Never take a photo looking into direct sunlight; the sun should always be behind the photographer. If taking photos indoors, remember to turn the flash on.

5- Purchasing a waterproof housing for your digital camera
Having your camera in a waterproof housing makes ski trips and beach adventures trouble-free. You don’t need to be concerned about getting your camera wet with this unique accessory which allows to you capture every moment of your family holiday.
