Wire Embellishments
With Nikki Rudd

What you will need

Wire
Crystal beads
Stamp
Ink
Cardstock
Paper
Brad

Method

Step One:

Cut a 30cm piece of wire and thread your crystal beads onto it. Wrap this around two fingertips. Do this five times to form an elliptical shape. Ensure to divide your beads equally on each rotation. Twist the ends together at the base.

Step Two:

Splay the ellipses to form the petals of a flower and insert the large crystal brad into the centre.

Step Three:

Stamp the insert of the flower onto your card stock and pierce a hole in the centre.

Step Four:

Thread your wire and brad through the centre of the cardstock. Open the brad on the back. Trim an excess wire and tape the back to hold it all in place.

Alternatively, stamp any flower and loop the desired number of petals. Or pick out a flower on a piece of patterned cardstock and highlight that.
